Our Mission
The Firm’s mission is two-fold:
- To provide a technically challenging, nurturing and safe environment for our staff to work and grow in.
- To help clients achieve compliance with project-specific, thoughtful, and cost-effective solutions.
Our Secret Sauce
All our staff is actively involved in technical work. The Principal Scientist or Engineer that you meet at meetings also directs and performs the work with assistance from other staff. Does this make our work products costlier? No – quite the opposite! Because each project gets the attention of our experienced staff, projects get done correctly the first time and the overall costs are lower.
ASA finds immense opportunity in establishing strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with firms seeking solutions through science and engineering, and stand by our commitment to provide high quality client-focused products and services. Regardless of whether a project has a minority contracting requirement, ASA aims to serve as a team member for all of our partners and clients.
In addition to our client-focused approach to providing services, ASA also has a strong commitment to the health and safety of our employees. This is accomplished with our safety culture and mindset, and through strict adherence to rigorous health and safety plans developed for each project.
Certifications
In 2020, ASA became a certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) in New York State, New York City, Massachusetts, Small Diverse Business in Pennsylvania, and a certified MBE by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
