Mr. Brian McMahon has 30 years of experience in the design, construction, fabrication and operation of fish protection devices for performance evaluations in field and laboratory settings. Mr. McMahon has supported the utility sector on CWA §316(b) and FERC relicensing projects. His experience includes design, installation and management of site-specific sampling and fish holding equipment; design of upstream and downstream fish passage facilities; and a wide range of field work including existing condition surveys, bathymetric surveys, water quality, water/current velocity monitoring, habitat mapping and fish sampling.

Brian holds a BSc in Environmental Biology and Regional Planning from Westfield State College.
