Dr. Christopher Gurshin has over 20 years of experience in fisheries research and impact assessments of aquatic ecosystems related to NPDES, NEPA, FERC, EFH. He supports nuclear power and fossil fuel plants, offshore wind projects, offshore LNG port facilities, subsea transmission, and hydroelectric facilities with underwater construction compliance monitoring and conservation. His technical expertise includes quantitative techniques in fisheries assessments, fishery acoustics, and statistical programming.
Chris holds a PhD in Zoology from University of New Hampshire; an MSc in Fisheries & Allied Aquacultures from Auburn University; and a BSc in Marine Science & Biology from University of Tampa.
