Ms. Elizabeth Colletti has more than 14 years of experience as a Civil Engineer with a master’s in City and Regional Planning specializing in environmental compliance in the energy and water sectors. She has extensive stormwater compliance experience specializing in MS4 programmatic efficiencies and BMP implementation. In the energy sector Ms. Colletti is adept at NPDES permit renewals, withdrawal permits, NEPA compliance, and 316a/b compliance including thermal modeling, BTA evaluations for intake design, and data analysis for demonstration reports.

Liz holds an MCP in City Planning, Land Use and Environmental Planning from University of Pennsylvania; and a BSc in Civil Engineering from University of Vermont. She holds Professional Engineering licenses in multiple states.
