Mr. John Dimitry Mr. Dimitry has more than 34 years of experience in designing and conducting environmental programs to evaluate the potential impact of human activity on the aquatic environment (e.g., changes in water quality, thermal discharge, surface water withdrawal, and oil or hazardous substance release). He has specialized in managing programs under §316(a) and (b) of the Clean Water Act and Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) studies.

John holds an MSc in Marine Studies from University of Delaware; a BA in Biology form Franklin and Marshall College; and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
