William Dey

Mr. Dey has more than 40 years of experience conducting ecological risk, natural resource damage, and impact assessments and studies in marine, estuarine, and freshwater habitats. He has extensive experience in the management, design, data analysis, and technical direction of studies on the potential environmental effects of power plant operation, toxic chemicals, dredging, and ocean dumping. He is a certified professional fisheries scientist and current president of the Hudson River Environmental Society. Bill has served as principal investigator for the development of national guidelines for selection of impact assessment methods and development of biological monitoring study designs for ยง316(b) studies, sponsored by the Electric Power Research Institute.
