Dr. DeSilva directs engineering at ASA. As a Water Resources Engineer, and Water/Wastewater Engineer by training, Radhika has worked on water and wastewater aspects for steam electric generating plants, refineries, and manufacturing facilities; assists clients with NPDES permit renewals; CWA 316 (a)- and (b)–related strategies and engineering evaluations, effluent limitation guidelines (ELG) compliance strategies, design and cost estimates; and wastewater treatment systems.
