§ 316(b) Application Requirements for Vistra Cooling Lake and Ohio River Facilities

ASA identified, implement, and prepare the field studies and § 122.21(r) reports for seven Dynegy facilities located on Illinois cooling lakes and the Ohio River. Serving as the prime contractor, ASA assisted Dynegy in formulating an approach strategy to completing the (r)-reports and was responsible for the quality and timely completion of several studies and reports required under the § 316(b) Rule.
