
Radhika de Silva, PhD, PE
President and Principal Engineer
Dr. Radhika De Silva is a water, wastewater and water resources engineer by training and enjoys working at the nexus of engineer and regulations. She routinely assists energy and industrial clients with water/wastewater-related compliance matters – from engineering feasibility evaluations, engineering design, CWA-related compliance strategies, mathematical modeling. Radhika has been practicing engineering for over 30 years and supporting energy sector clients for over 20 years.
Radhika has been leading ASA as its President since 2019.
Radhika holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Harvard University; an MSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); an MSc in Technology and Policy from MIT; and a BSc in Environmental Engineering from Harvard University. She holds Professional Engineering licenses in multiple states.
