Mr. Thomas Gillen has more than 20 years of experience in aquatic impact assessments and ecological studies in marine, estuarine, and freshwater aquatic habitats.  He has worked as a consultant within the utility industry on facility-specific projects for §316(a) and (b), and on many projects that are important to the generating industry as a whole.  His experience includes design, installation and management of custom site-specific sampling equipment, coordinating sampling efforts and data management.

Tom leads the ASA field team and coordinates field efforts.

Tom holds a BSc in Environmental Science from SUNY Oneonta. He is an ESA Certified Ecologist and WEDG Associate.
